Partner with leaders on role profiles and hiring plans, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, advise on market dynamics, lead assessments, manage offers, and improve hiring speed and quality.

Lead and grow the Product Control team overseeing valuation integrity, P&L production and attribution, price curve validation, valuation model governance, SOX controls, audit support, and ETRM system improvements to ensure accurate, explainable, and compliant reporting for commodity trading.
