Own the roadmap and delivery of an internal Media Buyer Automation Platform, including rules, pacing, spend controls, alerts, and workflow tools. Partner with media buyers, engineering, data, creative, and operations to automate manual processes, define metrics, write specifications, prototype solutions, drive adoption, and run staged experiments. The role expands across internal marketing, reporting, creative, and acquisition tools while optimizing spend efficiency, ROAS, CPA, and team capacity.

Lead the architecture and implementation of a production-grade generative AI media platform. Build reproducible, versioned pipelines, train LoRAs, integrate control techniques (ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting), automate QC against product references, deploy internal tools, and partner with design to own the technical roadmap and enable creative teams.

Own and grow client relationships for lead-generation campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams (Analytics, Creative, IT, Media), manage timelines, forecasts and budgets, provide regular client updates, troubleshoot processes, and drive operational improvements to meet KPIs and scale accounts.
