Administer and support large-scale cloud and on-premises monitoring deployments across multiple providers. Maintain performance, availability, capacity, permissions, upgrades, and audit compliance. Integrate applications and infrastructure with enterprise monitoring instrumentation, document operational processes, collaborate with technical teams, and mentor colleagues on observability practices. The role requires expertise in monitoring platforms, application performance monitoring, synthetics, end-user experience, infrastructure monitoring, distributed tracing, cloud services, scripting, SQL, and multiple operating systems.

Supervises Accounts Receivable and Collections operations, overseeing delinquent account recovery, cash application, reconciliations, disputes, and month-end close support. Monitors DSO, aging, delinquency, and cash collection metrics while ensuring SLA, quality, control, and audit compliance. Leads, coaches, and develops team members, manages performance, resolves escalations, partners with internal stakeholders, and drives process improvements.

Supports IT network and telecommunications operations by analyzing, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN infrastructure, network hardware, telecommunications systems, and transmission equipment. Performs routine technical tasks, resolves identifiable network problems, supports limited-scope projects, follows established procedures, and develops competency under direct supervision.
