Administer, monitor, and support Java applications and Genesys Cloud. Provide production troubleshooting, minor bug fixes and enhancements, and act as primary POC for Java apps. Develop/support microservices using Java and Spring Boot, perform analysis of system behavior, and apply problem-solving and diagnostics to maintain service quality.

Support revenue and pricing strategy through modeling, analytics, and econometrics. Assist in setting deal and product pricing, create standard offers, and capture value. Perform routine analytical tasks and process improvements under supervision, working on limited-scope projects and following established procedures.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to implement and support EDI trading partner setups. Manage ServiceNow tickets, gather and document requirements, work with external partners on EDI implementations, recommend solutions, maintain SLAs and dashboards, and ensure communication and quality across technical and business teams.
