Provide clinical education and leadership using adult learning principles to staff and students, support quality improvement, maintain standards of care, and promote evidence-informed practice across sites.

Deliver and manage non-clinical and CPR education programs using adult learning principles. Assess learning needs, orient new staff, support corporate initiatives, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide coaching and ongoing staff education.

Review and maintain nutritional data for commissary menus and recipes, ensure compliance with standards and diet requirements, liaise with site RDs and food service managers, update software data, and support promotion of new menu items.
