Translate client needs into technical solutions, build integrations, use AI-assisted development tools, and follow security and coding best practices to improve platform reliability and user experience.

Coordinate and oversee OEM program execution and compliance by updating dealer websites, conducting audits and reporting, collaborating with OEM partners and internal teams, creating documentation and training, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting long-term program strategy to ensure alignment with OEM requirements.

Lead sales strategy and execution for the Prairies, build and retain dealer relationships, manage and coach a regional sales team, oversee sales operations and CRM usage, analyze market trends and reporting, and collaborate with product and executive teams to grow revenue and customer retention.
