Build and operate AI agents, automations, integrations, data pipelines, internal applications, dashboards, and GTM systems across a B2B SaaS organization. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into secure, scalable technical solutions, improve reporting and decision-making, and replace manual workflows. Own deployment, monitoring, documentation, enablement, and a roadmap of automation and business operations initiatives.

Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, including containerized services, databases, gateways, monitoring, and serverless systems. Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform and CDK. Improve platform performance, scalability, observability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with Development and QA on automated testing and deployments, respond to incidents, and advance AI-enabled operational practices such as AIOps and agentic SDLC workflows.

Lead full sales cycle for Case IQ's GRC SaaS platform: prospect, qualify, demo with Solutions Engineers, negotiate and close deals. Build pipeline via outbound activity and manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales into HR, legal, compliance, investigations, and risk teams while maintaining Salesforce hygiene and cross-functional collaboration.
