Teams at Case IQ

Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, including containerized services, databases, gateways, monitoring, and serverless systems. Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform and CDK. Improve platform performance, scalability, observability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with Development and QA on automated testing and deployments, respond to incidents, and advance AI-enabled operational practices such as AIOps and agentic SDLC workflows.

Identify, prospect, and qualify target accounts through inbound and outbound outreach. Conduct discovery conversations, convert qualified prospects into Account Executive meetings, maintain accurate Salesforce records, nurture leads, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams. Meet activity, conversion, and pipeline targets while developing expertise in Case IQ’s GRC products, customer personas, and competitive positioning.

Lead architecture and technical direction for scalable SaaS platform capabilities, including APIs, distributed services, data flows, and AI-enabled features. Establish responsible AI and agentic engineering practices, evaluation and guardrail systems, production-readiness standards, secure-by-design controls, testing, CI/CD, observability, and reliability practices. Drive complex cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, conduct architecture and code reviews, and shape technical roadmaps and engineering standards.
