Lead AI platform and portfolio architecture through hands-on prototyping and strategic roadmaps. Design cost-optimized, secure cloud-native AI solutions, validate patterns (RAG, embeddings, vector search), champion MLOps, developer tooling, IaC and observability, and enable teams via code, ADRs, workshops and executive communication to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

Designs, integrates, and implements process-data solutions for upstream oil and gas. Leads OT-based initiatives, manages agile project delivery, gathers requirements, delivers ETL/big-data/visualization solutions, hands over to sustainment teams, drives continuous improvement, liaises with stakeholders, and mentors junior staff.

Lead accounting, reporting, controls, forecasting and long-range planning for Conventional business. Partner with senior leaders to analyze performance, drive corrective actions, support capital/investment decisions, ensure regulatory compliance and external disclosures, and build a high-performing finance team.

Lead well planning to drill-ready status and support field operations for thermal and heavy oil assets. Design and improve drilling programs, perform risk assessments, cost estimates, and Basis of Design documentation. Monitor costs, cycle times and KPIs; coordinate execution with field teams; ensure regulatory, safety and environmental compliance; conduct post-well reviews; and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to improve drilling performance.

Lead corporate accounting and reporting for people costs, prepare financial statement notes, SOX documentation and month/quarter payroll accounting, perform journal entries, accruals and variance analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, drive alignment across US payroll/HR, and mentor a CPA candidate.

Lead identification, evaluation and execution of innovation opportunities across producing assets. Translate facility/reservoir/operations challenges into scoped studies, lab validation and field pilots; design and run pilots, analyze data, manage vendors, and develop scale-up and commercialization recommendations while overseeing project planning, costs and stakeholder engagement.
