Provide regional commercial systems support for Canadian ETRM and connected applications; translate business requirements, coordinate UAT and testing, manage defects/enhancements, support implementations, deliver training, and collaborate with Canadian and U.S. teams to ensure consistent processes and continuous improvement.

Lead contributor to monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, corporate scorecards and executive reporting. Cenovus's New Grad Engineer-in-Training program places recent Mechanical, Chemical/Process, or Petroleum engineering graduates into three consecutive 12-month rotations across oil sands operations and Calgary. Participants gain field exposure, technical assignments, training, mentorship, and are matched to a permanent role after program completion. Rotations may include process, production, maintenance, drilling, reservoir, controls, safety, and project engineering responsibilities.

Participate in a three-year new grad rotational program across supply chain functions. Responsibilities include data analysis and visualization, system administration, supplier onboarding and relationship support, contract drafting and post-contract management, commercial assurance and risk analysis, and facilitating business engagement with subject matter experts. First rotation based in Calgary; subsequent rotations and final placement may require relocation.

Lead and support the end-to-end incident management lifecycle across business units, direct high-severity investigations and root-cause analyses, ensure accurate classification, coach stakeholders, develop guidance and training, identify trends and systemic issues, and drive continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.
