Provides strategic HR partnership to Operations and Technical Services leaders. Advises on workforce planning, talent management, succession, performance, employee relations, organizational design, change management, leadership effectiveness, and engagement. Uses workforce insights to address capability gaps and improve organizational performance. Partners with HR centers of expertise and operations to deliver people programs, while coaching leaders and supporting cross-functional HR initiatives.

Supports commercial development and winter program projects through GIS analysis, spatial data management, footprint optimization, cost analysis, earthworks planning, and technology-driven workflows. Develops GIS applications, automation tools, and field data systems while coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders. Evaluates low-risk, cost-effective project alternatives, supports survey and construction execution, maintains spatial data quality, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and industry requirements.

Manages commodity pricing data governance, pricing processes, forward curves, ETRM configuration, and independent price verification across energy commodities. Supports trading operations through P&L reporting, market risk analysis, dashboards, and analytical tools. Partners with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to ensure accurate valuation, risk measurement, reporting, and control processes. Drives automation and continuous improvement using Databricks, Python, Power BI, MarketView, and related technologies.

Manage a complex business transformation portfolio by overseeing financial planning, forecasts, invoicing, schedules, dependencies, status reporting, capital allocation, value tracking, vendor coordination, and project governance. The role maintains portfolio trackers, risks and issues, prepares decision materials, manages approvals, and supervises a Portfolio Coordinator while collaborating with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Develops management dashboards, executive reporting, financial and economic models, market analyses, and automated analytical workflows. Uses Excel, Power BI, Python, and related tools to transform complex commercial data into actionable insights. Maintains data quality, supports scenario planning and long-range business planning, analyzes competitive market factors, and prepares commercial recommendations and contractual notices.
