Support HR-related M&A and divestiture activities by collecting and analyzing workforce data, coordinating cross-functional due diligence, maintaining confidential documentation, producing decision-ready summaries/visuals, and managing project trackers and workspaces through the full transaction lifecycle.

Lead a People Services analytics team to develop and execute people-data strategy, oversee Power BI data architecture and governance, build scalable self-service dashboards, translate workforce data into executive-level insights, and partner cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and analytics-driven decision making.

Design, build, and own end-to-end AI-native products and agentic systems that integrate enterprise data, models, and tooling into production workflows. Collaborate with domain experts, deploy and fine-tune foundation models, build AI-ready infrastructure (knowledge stores, vector search, APIs), and mentor peers to raise organizational AI maturity.

Manage end-to-end execution, administration, and retention of commodity contracts (crude, gas, NGLs, refined products, carbon credits). Negotiate, draft, review, amend agreements, partner with Front Office and cross-functional teams, lead counterparty negotiations, support ETRM systems (Allegro, RightAngle, Egistix), maintain contract records, and drive standardization and continuous improvement of contract practices.
