Leads enterprise financial planning, forecasting, operating cost control, performance analytics, budgeting, and long-range planning for Conventional Operations. Establishes cost governance, forecasting methodologies, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks while advising senior leaders on resource allocation, risks, and optimization opportunities. The role drives continuous improvement, automation, operational excellence, and strategic value creation through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and corporate stakeholders.

Supports financial management and governance of D&IT investments through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business cases, total cost of ownership analysis, and benefits realization. Uses SAP financial data to analyze costs, commitments, actuals, and trends. Produces executive reporting and governance materials while partnering with Finance, technology, project, and business teams to improve portfolio prioritization, decision-making, and investment value.

Provides legal counsel on Canadian upstream oil and gas matters, including commercial agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, regulatory compliance, land use, liability management, and dispute resolution. Leads legal due diligence, transaction structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory research, and briefing preparation. Supports multidisciplinary initiatives and participates in the company’s emergency response Incident Support Team.
