Lead and scale CEA's Community Growth Team (Events, Groups, Online, Courses). Hire and develop senior leaders, set strategy and priorities, coordinate cross-functionally, define talent-growth goals, and drive product-minded experiments to accelerate EA community growth. Represent CEA externally and build new programs as needed.

Manage early-stage grantmaking for the Transformative AI Fund: evaluate applications, recommend grants, source opportunities, support grantees, build partnerships, represent the fund, and develop systems and LLM-assisted tooling to improve grant processes.

Own the strategy, growth, and day-to-day development of CEA's Opportunities Board. Iterate UX and features, run acquisition and product experiments, build tracking and evaluation, manage contractors and engineers, improve sourcing and curation, and explore larger product bets (e.g., CV matching, AI advisor) to increase placements into high-impact roles.
