As a Product Specialist, you will engage customers at a kiosk, guiding them through an app for personalized charcuterie recommendations and enhancing their shopping experience.

Identify and outbound-prospect target enterprise accounts, engage senior stakeholders, qualify opportunities via structured discovery (e.g., MEDDPICC), build multichannel outreach sequences, and create accurate handoffs to Account Executives to convert prospects into sales pipeline.

Lead and develop a team that manages end-to-end scheduling and logistics for virtual instructor-led training. Oversee session setup, enrollment, instructor assignments, roster and training record maintenance, GxP compliance, KPI reporting, LMS and scheduling tool configuration, and stakeholder communications to ensure scalable, audit-ready training delivery.
