Own the QA strategy and release-readiness process for an AI learning platform. Design and execute functional, integration, exploratory, regression, and AI-specific tests; maintain test coverage, document defects in Jira, evaluate AI coaching and scoring, assess release risks, and exercise authority to block releases when quality criteria are unmet. Investigate production regressions, expand automated coverage with Engineering, and ensure the product delivers intended learning outcomes.

Identify and outbound-prospect target enterprise accounts, engage senior stakeholders, qualify opportunities via structured discovery (e.g., MEDDPICC), build multichannel outreach sequences, and create accurate handoffs to Account Executives to convert prospects into sales pipeline.
