Manage commercial or institutional construction projects from planning through close-out. Lead project teams, subcontractors, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, contracts, quality, safety, client relationships, risk management, and documentation. Support estimating and subtrade buy-out, oversee change orders and invoices, and drive continuous improvement while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required standards.

Supports Project Managers and Superintendents in organizing, administering, and controlling construction projects. Responsibilities include tendering, preparing contract and scope documents, procurement, subcontract and purchase order issuance, project administration, safety compliance, and construction site mobilization. The role may independently manage smaller projects under supervision and requires knowledge of construction trades, plans, specifications, contracts, and contractual models.

Coordinates construction project administration under the direction of a Project Manager. Maintains documentation, reporting procedures, drawing and shop-drawing controls, RFIs, contractor logs, invoices, payroll, coding, safety reports, and compliance records. Supports project managers and superintendents with trade contractor meetings, progress claims, change orders, site instructions, sustainability requirements, and plan reviews. Requires construction coordination experience with a general contractor and knowledge of project plans, specifications, codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Ensure health and safety of construction field workers by identifying hazards, recommending mitigations, and ensuring compliance with OH&S and company safety standards. Provide site support, promote safety excellence, and implement safety programs and regulations.
