Ensure health and safety of construction field workers by identifying hazards, recommending mitigations, and ensuring compliance with OH&S and company safety standards. Provide site support, promote safety excellence, and implement safety programs and regulations.

Lead commercial or institutional construction projects from planning through close-out. Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, subcontractors, quality, and safety. Serve as primary client contact, coach project teams, identify and mitigate risks, and capture lessons learned to improve performance.

Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, bridges) across all phases. Own project delivery, budget, costs, timelines, forecasts, stakeholder coordination, and client communication. Organize and guide project teams, liaise with designers, superintendents, and subcontractors, and ensure deliverables meet specifications while fostering a collaborative team culture.
