Ensure health and safety of construction field workers by identifying hazards, recommending mitigations, and ensuring compliance with OH&S and company safety standards. Provide site support, promote safety excellence, and implement safety programs and regulations.

Lead delivery for a portfolio of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project managers, budgeting, scheduling, contract and risk management, client relationships, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting business development and mentoring teams.

Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, bridges) across all phases. Own project delivery, budget, costs, timelines, forecasts, stakeholder coordination, and client communication. Organize and guide project teams, liaise with designers, superintendents, and subcontractors, and ensure deliverables meet specifications while fostering a collaborative team culture.
