Lead end-to-end delivery of municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, bridges). Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, stakeholders, project teams, and site coordination while ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and client satisfaction.

Ensure health and safety of construction field workers by identifying hazards, recommending mitigations, and ensuring compliance with OH&S and company safety standards. Provide site support, promote safety excellence, and implement safety programs and regulations.

Lead commercial or institutional construction projects from planning through close-out. Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, subcontractors, quality, and safety. Serve as primary client contact, coach project teams, identify and mitigate risks, and capture lessons learned to improve performance.
