Conduct on-site inspections of high-value residential properties, assess vulnerabilities and loss-prevention needs, evaluate structures, and prepare pre-loss replacement estimates. Provide technical risk, security, and collections guidance to underwriting teams, policyholders, and agents through consultative reports. Manage inspection schedules, quality standards, productivity targets, and work autonomously while supporting catastrophe response activities.

Provides executive and branch administrative support to Western Region managers, including calendar and meeting management, travel and expenses, office operations, security coordination, producer and broker administration, event planning, marketing support, budgeting, invoice processing, and business reporting. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, maintains files and branch resources, supports technology and facilities needs, and periodically travels between Vancouver and Calgary offices.

Four-month insurance internship providing hands-on exposure to commercial insurance, financial lines, personal risk services, major accounts, accident and health, underwriting, and claims. Interns complete challenging assignments, participate in team projects, receive technical and interpersonal training, and build professional relationships through mentoring, coaching, and executive engagement.
