Responsibilities include developing architectures, schematics, specifications, calculations, procurement documents, and testing procedures; coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and engineering disciplines; supporting equipment evaluation, commissioning, field investigations, and project closeout. The role also involves travel to project sites and progressive development of technical leadership.

Manage and mentor the regional team, supervise project delivery and quality control, pursue multidisciplinary and client opportunities, provide regulatory oversight, and drive strategic business development with major rail and industrial clients.

Senior leader responsible for delivering major highway projects across Alberta from design through construction. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, QA/QC, multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, construction administration, claims, and business development. Mentor staff and contribute to strategic growth of the highways practice.

Lead expansion of Railway Engineering services across Western Canada: grow and manage a regional railway team, oversee project design and delivery, drive business development with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, regulatory oversight, quality control, mentorship, and client engagement.
