Leads the corporate Quality Management System, quality planning, risk intervention, process improvement, and operational support model. Manages Quality Specialists, supports business sectors, contributes to proposals and certification readiness, presents quality performance and risks, and translates ISO 9001 requirements into processes, controls, training, documentation, and measurable improvements.

Support municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, construction, and commissioning for potable, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Prepare engineering studies, assessments, reports, calculations, plans, cost estimates, and contract documents. Assist with project resources, schedules, budgets, quality, risk, proposals, and client relationships. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies while mentoring junior staff.

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and technical delivery of mission-critical telecommunications systems. Develop engineering documentation, evaluate technologies, coordinate interfaces across multidisciplinary teams, engage clients, and support procurement, testing, commissioning, and field activities. Prepare project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets while mentoring engineers and designers. The role supports wired and wireless telecommunications solutions for utilities, energy, transportation, carriers, and other critical infrastructure clients.
