Designs and reviews protection and control systems for substations, hydroelectric stations, and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include developing electrical diagrams, equipment sizing, AC/DC station service systems, calculations, wiring drawings, panel documentation, QA/QC packages, client revisions, site surveys, commissioning support, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project managers.

Lead and grow CIMA+’s Railway Engineering practice in Western Canada. Manage and mentor the regional team, supervise project delivery and quality control, pursue multidisciplinary and client opportunities, provide regulatory oversight, and drive strategic business development with major rail and industrial clients.

Senior leader responsible for delivering major highway projects across Alberta from design through construction. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, QA/QC, multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, construction administration, claims, and business development. Mentor staff and contribute to strategic growth of the highways practice.
