Teams at Circle (circle.so)

The Senior Growth Designer will lead the design of Circle's marketing website, creating visually compelling pages that drive conversions and enhance the brand experience. This includes collaborating with marketing teams and utilizing design best practices.

Lead SRE work to keep Circle highly available and performant: respond to incidents, own monitoring/alerting/log management, manage and optimize MySQL/Postgres/ClickHouse/Redis databases, maintain server infrastructure and deployment pipelines, collaborate with engineering teams, and build internal SRE tooling and automation.

Lead the design for a critical product area, collaborating with teams to craft effective user experiences while leveraging AI tools for prototyping and testing. Influence product strategy and uphold design standards while mentoring junior designers.
