Prepare and maintain production, sales, and as-built drawings and Revit models for modular buildings and components. Coordinate drawing packages for engineering review and permitting, ensure compliance with codes and specs, maintain CAD libraries and document management, produce client presentation materials, and support estimating and project teams.

Lead full lifecycle modular accommodation and construction projects from concept to completion. Manage planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate with engineering, construction, supply chain, and operations, oversee site installation and compliance, support bids and estimating, champion safety, and provide leadership to project teams at remote locations.

Perform general construction labour: load/unload and move materials, assist trades and set up modular units, perform demolition, site cleanup, landscaping and snow removal, inspect machinery, follow OH&S and client safety protocols, and support project completion on a rotational remote schedule.

Install, maintain, and repair lodge electrical, mechanical, heating, and plumbing systems in remote camp settings. Read drawings and the Canadian Electrical Code, install distribution equipment, underground wiring, controls, lighting, and portable power systems, test circuits, troubleshoot issues, and perform general maintenance. Work 10-hour shifts and follow safety protocols.

Perform carpentry tasks per drawings including layout, assembly, installation and maintenance of structural and finishing elements. Operate hand and power tools, install roofing (EPDM, Dec-Tec), maintain jobsite safety, supervise apprentices when needed, work on modular structures, and lift up to 50 lb on 10-hour remote shifts within a 3-weeks-on/1-week-off rotation.

Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot server infrastructure (physical and virtual), monitor performance and capacity, implement upgrades and security measures, support integrations and migrations, maintain documentation, and collaborate across teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
