Perform general construction labour: load/unload and move materials, assist trades and set up modular units, perform demolition, site cleanup, landscaping and snow removal, inspect machinery, follow OH&S and client safety protocols, and support project completion on a rotational remote schedule.

Lead and oversee lodging operations across sites, drive service and safety culture, develop teams, manage budgets and risks, resolve issues, and represent the company to stakeholders.

Install, maintain, and repair lodge electrical, mechanical, heating, and plumbing systems in remote camp settings. Read drawings and the Canadian Electrical Code, install distribution equipment, underground wiring, controls, lighting, and portable power systems, test circuits, troubleshoot issues, and perform general maintenance. Work 10-hour shifts and follow safety protocols.
