The Senior UX Designer will lead user research, design user-centered UX/UI solutions, create prototypes, test usability, and maintain design standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Lead product strategy and execution for patient-centric healthcare and clinical research software. Conduct product discovery, define roadmaps and requirements, partner with engineering, UX, data and commercial teams, and measure product outcomes. Prioritize regulatory, technical, and customer needs while exploring AI, automation, and analytics-driven solutions.

Lead a hands-on engineering team building shared backend and cloud platform services. Architect, code, and ship high-volume REST APIs and reusable libraries, drive secure SDLC and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and promote AI-augmented delivery practices.
