Lead payments product strategy within Clio’s FinTech team. Develop strategic roadmaps, conduct customer and market research, prioritize initiatives, build business cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Build relationships with legal-sector finance stakeholders, translate complex accounting workflows into simple product experiences, drive adoption, and measure customer and business impact.

Lead detection and incident response across corporate security systems. Own investigations end-to-end, tune and automate detection (DLP, EDR, SIEM, phishing), produce runbooks and remediations, coach junior analysts, and partner cross-functionally to improve controls, compliance evidence, and AI-related security tooling.

Drive upselling and cross-selling to existing customers through prospecting, needs discovery, product demonstrations, business-case development, negotiation, forecasting, and deal closure. Manage qualified opportunities using Salesforce, monitor funnel metrics, and collaborate with Support, Account Management, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver tailored SaaS solutions.

Operate corporate security tools and processes, including monitoring DLP alerts, reviewing EDR detections, triaging incidents, conducting investigations, and running phishing simulations. Maintain runbooks, support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence collection, improve security tooling, and develop automation for remediation and unauthorized data-movement detection. The role collaborates across IT, application security, compliance, and people teams while supporting Clio’s security culture.

Lead strategic product and growth partnerships with Big Tech, legal technology firms, ISVs, and other technology partners. Build and prioritize a high-value deal pipeline, negotiate complex agreements, collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Compliance, and develop partnership monetization strategies. Mentor business development and partnership teams while driving measurable revenue, lead generation, product alignment, and long-term partner value.

Build and maintain scalable, tested data models using SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses. Partner with Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into trusted datasets. Establish data quality monitoring, documentation, governance, and modeling standards while supporting analytics, reporting, self-service data use, and AI-ready products. Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Build and deliver enablement programs for the Customer Success Launch Team across implementation, onboarding, and go-live. Own launch performance metrics, develop training and certification content, review customer calls, coach team leads, report on enablement health, and partner with Product and Marketing to keep launch guidance current. Use performance data and generative AI to improve content, role-play, and time-to-value outcomes.

The Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and mentor team members while focusing on cloud optimization and automation.

Provides technical sales support for VoIP and unified communications opportunities. Leads solution scoping, architecture, demonstrations, competitive positioning, migration planning, number porting, network readiness, hardware provisioning, and telecom compliance discussions. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success throughout the sales cycle, translating complex telephony concepts into business value and supporting revenue growth.

Lead a product marketing portfolio: set GTM strategy, positioning, launches, and measurement. Manage and develop PMM team, drive cross-functional execution with product, sales, and CS, and use data and customer insights to grow adoption, engagement, and retention.

Design and refine Clio’s Document Management System, owning UI and interaction execution from concept through testing. Collaborate with senior designers, respond to customer feedback, support research, reinforce design-system patterns, and explore AI-enabled document workflows. The role emphasizes strong visual and interaction craft, systems thinking, usability, and clear evidence-based communication while helping scale the product for complex legal practices.

Manage and scale Clio’s global privacy program, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other regulations. Responsibilities include privacy policy and training development, compliance monitoring, DPIAs and PIAs, DSAR workflows, metrics and reporting, Privacy by Design collaboration, incident response support, and third-party vendor privacy assessments. The role also advises on evolving laws, negotiates data processing agreements, and evaluates privacy risks from AI processes and automated agents.

Owns sales enablement for Clio’s Velocity segment, improving rep conversion, product attach, and ramp time. Responsibilities include developing playbooks, objection handling, training, role-play and certification programs; reviewing Gong call data; coaching managers; tailoring product enablement; using generative AI; reporting segment health; and partnering with onboarding, product marketing, and revenue operations.

Own sales enablement for Clio’s Strategic and Mid-Market segments across new business and customer sales. Build playbooks, training, role-plays, certifications, and consultative selling frameworks; analyze Gong calls and performance data; coach managers; support product and multi-product enablement; and report on segment health. Partner with onboarding, product marketing, and revenue operations to improve conversion, attach rates, and ramp time.

Manage and expand Clio’s Voice of Customer programs, including NPS, CSAT, listening posts, AI-enabled feedback workflows, customer panels, and feedback loops. Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, integrate VoC data with customer systems, and deliver actionable insights. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Research, Data Insights, and Customer Success teams to align priorities, influence decisions, improve retention and satisfaction, and continuously enhance the customer experience.

Designs and operates scalable security logging infrastructure, data lakes, ingestion pipelines, and multi-tier storage for enterprise-scale observability. Responsibilities include architecting ELK and OpenSearch environments, optimizing ingestion and queries, implementing infrastructure as code, developing APIs and integrations, managing retention and costs, capacity planning, and supporting disaster recovery. The role partners with security leadership on platform strategy and mentors engineers while enabling analytics and detection engineering across cloud environments.

Design, develop, maintain, and administer Clio’s Pigment EPM platform and related FP&A systems. Manage integrations with NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and Looker; improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workflows, and automation. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage permissions and controls, document processes, and train users. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to scope and deliver scalable solutions.
