The role guides technical design, code reviews, model and vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept development, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and production problem-solving across distributed engineering teams.

Own key components of Clio’s corporate FP&A cycle, including annual planning, forecasting, budget-to-actuals analysis, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, scenario modeling, and executive, Board, and investor reporting. Improve planning systems, data integrity, reporting automation, and AI-enabled finance workflows while partnering with cross-functional leaders and Accounting.

Own the vision, roadmap, execution, and quality measurement for Clio’s AI Search platform. Lead engineering and ML teams developing hybrid lexical and semantic search across documents, emails, and records.
