Own the full sales cycle for Clio’s VoIP and unified communications offering across new and existing SMB law firm accounts. Responsibilities include qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, trials, expansion, pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment. The role requires assessing communications environments, call flows, network readiness, number porting, compliance considerations, and technical configurations.
