Teams at Clio

Lead payments product strategy within Clio’s FinTech team. Develop strategic roadmaps, conduct customer and market research, prioritize initiatives, build business cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Partner with engineering and design counterparts, use quantitative data to guide decisions, engage customers, and mentor other Product Managers. The role requires fintech experience, strong financial literacy, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Clio’s accounting integrations, including QuickBooks Online and Xero. Define integration requirements, ensure accurate and compliant financial data flows, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Billing, Payments, GTM, and Compliance teams. Build relationships with legal-sector finance stakeholders, translate complex accounting workflows into simple product experiences, drive adoption, and measure customer and business impact.

Lead detection and incident response across corporate security systems. Own investigations end-to-end, tune and automate detection (DLP, EDR, SIEM, phishing), produce runbooks and remediations, coach junior analysts, and partner cross-functionally to improve controls, compliance evidence, and AI-related security tooling.
