Manage and scale Clio’s global privacy program, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other regulations. Responsibilities include privacy policy and training development, compliance monitoring, DPIAs and PIAs, DSAR workflows, metrics and reporting, Privacy by Design collaboration, incident response support, and third-party vendor privacy assessments. The role also advises on evolving laws, negotiates data processing agreements, and evaluates privacy risks from AI processes and automated agents.

Drive upselling and cross-selling to existing customers through prospecting, needs discovery, product demonstrations, business-case development, negotiation, forecasting, and deal closure. Manage qualified opportunities using Salesforce, monitor funnel metrics, and collaborate with Support, Account Management, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver tailored SaaS solutions.

Owns sales enablement for Clio’s Velocity segment, improving rep conversion, product attach, and ramp time. Responsibilities include developing playbooks, objection handling, training, role-play and certification programs; reviewing Gong call data; coaching managers; tailoring product enablement; using generative AI; reporting segment health; and partnering with onboarding, product marketing, and revenue operations.
