Owns product strategy and roadmap for Clio’s fintech payments products. Conducts customer and market research, prioritizes initiatives, develops business cases, uses quantitative data to guide decisions, and delivers measurable business outcomes. Partners closely with engineering and design, communicates product direction across the company, understands customer needs, and coaches other Product Managers. Experience with fintech, payments, billing, accounting, and scaling payment businesses is valued.

Lead zero-to-one product design for a judiciary-focused AI product. Define experience strategy, conduct customer research, translate complex workflows into scalable designs, and guide work from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders, shape trustworthy and explainable AI experiences, evolve design systems, facilitate decisions, raise quality standards, and mentor designers. The role requires strong UX craft, systems thinking, business judgment, storytelling, and experience designing for complex or specialized users.

Leads corporate strategy and AI-enabled operational transformation at Clio. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, prototype and ship internal agents, workflows, and automations, test solutions, and drive adoption. Contributes to market assessments, business strategy, investment cases, performance analysis, OKRs, executive planning, business reviews, and board discussions. Requires strategic judgment, analytical ability, technical fluency, stakeholder management, responsible AI judgment, and strong communication.
