Provides administrative and project coordination support to senior leadership within the Retail Sales department. Responsibilities include coordinating initiatives, meetings, and events; preparing presentations and program materials; arranging travel; tracking action items; processing expenses and invoices; managing databases and reports; updating intranet pages; monitoring shared inboxes; and responding to stakeholders. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, strong communication, client service, research, and organizational skills.

Supports underwriting department operations for more than 90 professionals by coordinating staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, workforce systems, productivity reporting, meetings, vacation planning, and administrative activities. The role monitors coverage and service gaps, collaborates with workforce management, IT, and telephony teams, maintains confidential information, and assists with budget administration and expense reconciliation.

Leads a team monitoring individual insurance products and competitive positioning. Develops sales concepts, product presentations, point-of-sale materials, and recommendations for pricing and product changes. Partners with Marketing, Actuarial, Pricing, and distribution teams to support sales, brand recognition, regulatory alignment, and product roadmaps. Serves as a subject matter expert on financial planning and tax strategies while fostering team development, innovation, and strong client experiences.
