Lead and execute the national claims strategy, act as a claims subject-matter expert and liaison across business areas, drive data-informed decision-making, process improvements, and change initiatives. Build business cases, guide senior leadership, identify trends and legal/industry issues, facilitate workshops, and implement processes to enhance client experience, profitability, and staff engagement.

Lead and support identity lifecycle and privileged access management activities, administer SailPoint and PAM solutions, automate repeatable IAM tasks, troubleshoot incidents, participate in audits and risk assessments, and provide technical project support and operational process documentation.

Lead the Commercial product portfolio team to define and execute product strategy and roadmap, drive solution delivery, set KPIs, manage budgets, and coach staff. Provide subject-matter expertise on commercial insurance products, prioritize initiatives using data and industry insight, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of product and underwriting initiatives.
