Work with business and technology partners to prioritize projects, capture requirements, model processes and data, produce reporting and documentation, provide user training and support certification/audit controls, and recommend process improvements to support finance systems and capacity planning.

Lead business analysis activities for finance applications: gather and document requirements, design workflows, support technical design and testing, estimate effort, coach team members, and implement solutions in an agile environment.

Lead and coach underwriting teams, develop and implement unit plans and budgets, ensure consistent underwriting decision-making across product lines, recruit and manage staff performance, drive change and continuous improvement, and protect confidentiality while occasionally engaging with clients and service providers.
