Maintains an exceptional candidate experience while supporting operational efficiency and enterprise recruitment initiatives.

Completes a 36-month trainee program to become an independent Financial Advisor and agency leader. Responsibilities include selling insurance and financial products, prospecting, networking, providing holistic client advice, building community relationships, executing business and marketing plans, and eventually recruiting, coaching, and managing agency staff. The role requires maintaining licenses, complying with regulations, and growing the agency portfolio.
