Lead data science strategy for Coalition's insurance business, driving cross-functional analytics, experiments, and scalable ML/analytical workflows. Define portfolio metrics, build dashboards, mentor team members, and influence underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and pricing decisions with causal and statistical methods.

Lead GTM and servicing analytics to build a Customer 360 view. Integrate marketing, sales, product, and servicing data to model journeys, measure campaign impact, build dashboards and data models, surface actionable insights to improve acquisition, onboarding, retention, and mentor junior analysts in SQL and best practices.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance document templates: design, implement, test, roll out, and maintain. Translate product requirements into schema-driven templates, debug data-mapping/layout/logic issues, write and run test plans, triage incidents via Jira, and improve templating tools and processes while supporting cross-functional teams.

Own end-to-end development of ML and GenAI models for underwriting: framing, feature engineering, model design, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with underwriting, product, and engineering to improve risk selection and pricing.

Design, implement, and own end-to-end scanning engine components in Python and Go. Improve scalability, performance, and reliability for large distributed workloads; partner with product, security, and data teams; drive architecture, code quality, observability, and mentor engineers.

Lead AI enablement at Coalition by developing standards for AI-native tools, driving tooling adoption, and mentoring engineering teams while ensuring reliable production environments.

The Capacity Program Manager will oversee operations with insurance and reinsurance partners, manage compliance, audits, and internal product development, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
