The Capacity Program Manager will oversee operations with insurance and reinsurance partners, manage compliance, audits, and internal product development, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Own the lifecycle of insurance document templates—design, implement, test, roll out, and maintain. Translate product requirements into reusable schema-driven templates, debug and optimize templates, validate outputs, triage incidents, and improve templating tools and processes. Collaborate with engineers, product, underwriting, and ops, document best practices, and mentor peers while supporting launches, migrations, and experiments.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of large-scale distributed scanning and data-collection services. Build and maintain services in Python and Go, improve performance, scalability, reliability, and observability, collaborate with security/product/data teams, diagnose production issues, drive architecture and roadmap decisions, and mentor engineers across a distributed team.
