Lead accounting department for two Toyota dealerships: oversee month-end close, financial statements, payroll and government filings, AP/AR, cash management, budgeting, internal controls, and mentor accounting staff while supporting senior leadership and dealer reporting.

Lead and develop the sales team, implement sales strategies, manage CRM and inventory, optimize pricing and allocations, ensure excellent customer experience, develop SOPs, and report on KPIs to meet dealership sales targets.
