Own data engineering for workforce forecasting and staffing products. Build and operate Databricks pipelines, lead the Redshift-to-Databricks migration, manage database replication and file ingestion, establish data contracts, handle PII and data residency, monitor quality and costs, and support on-call operations. The role also requires documentation, infrastructure-as-code, collaboration with product and analytics teams, and pipelines supporting forecasting or machine-learning models.

Supports infrastructure reliability, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and incident response. Builds automation with Python, Bash, or similar languages; manages Terraform, MySQL, Redis, and open-source technologies; and contributes to AWS infrastructure for AI and LLM initiatives. Collaborates with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, participates in on-call rotations, improves deployment processes, and applies security and problem-management practices.

Leads an engineering enablement team responsible for platform infrastructure, data, tooling, service standards, and customer implementation capabilities. Manages hiring, coaching, delivery, intake, prioritization, capacity planning, on-call operations, incident response, technical standards, and stakeholder relationships. Partners with Product, Security, Professional Services, and enterprise clients while driving reliability, automation, continuous improvement, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
