Build and maintain technical talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, targeted research, personalized outreach, and referral programs. Partner with technical hiring managers and leadership to define candidate profiles, develop long-term talent strategies, and support high-priority searches. Track pipeline data, optimize sourcing methods, experiment with recruiting tools, and deliver a strong candidate experience while adapting to changing priorities.

Own finance, accounting, revenue operations, and company operations for a growing B2B SaaS company. Responsibilities include monthly close, AP/AR, billing, collections, revenue recognition, cash management, tax and compliance coordination, financial reporting, forecasting, deal desk, SaaS metrics, cross-functional process improvement, vendor oversight, and board support.

Own month-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, billing, payroll, reconciliations, audits, tax support, vendor management, equity accounting, and internal controls. Produce reporting packages and support board materials and fundraising diligence. The role requires building scalable finance processes in a fast-paced startup and working in person in San Francisco five days per week.
