Supports preconstruction leadership across design, estimating, constructability, and construction planning. Reviews drawings and specifications, develops construction management plans, coordinates design-assist teams, conducts site assessments, prepares schedules and cost estimates, supports trade procurement and construction technology implementation, and maintains project budgets and quality standards. The role also contributes to proposals, business development, staff mentoring, and construction management support for commercial, industrial, and civil projects.

Provides infrastructure advisory services to public and private sector clients, including financial and commercial analysis, business cases, financial modeling, procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, and capital project planning. The role supports complex procurements, evaluates proposals, advises on project delivery and funding strategies, prepares reports and presentations, and contributes to client proposals and strategic recommendations.

Leads project controls teams and provides strategic oversight for complex capital projects. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, establishing standards, training teams, managing stakeholders, resolving project challenges, advising public and private sector clients, maintaining client relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to recruitment and performance management. The role also drives growth of the project controls service business and ensures project delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals.
