Lead the vessel's engineering department to ensure safe, efficient operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary machinery, environmental compliance, fuel/bunkering management, PMS oversight, crew training, and timely corrective/preventive actions while reporting to the Master and Technical Manager.

Lead a VIP services team onboard to deliver personalized, culturally sensitive experiences for Arabic and other VIP guests. Manage VIP lounge, coordinate exclusive events, liaise with departments, handle complaints, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the cruise.

Lead the engine room team to ensure safe, efficient operation and maintenance of main engines and machinery. Oversee repairs, dry-docking work, and adherence to safety and STCW requirements. Communicate effectively with multicultural crew and demonstrate leadership while supporting vessel operations in specified trading areas.
