The Senior Director of Public Relations will shape Coveo's narrative, develop global communications, build media relationships, and align cross-functional teams to enhance the company's visibility in enterprise AI.

Build rapid prototypes and technical proofs for customer use cases, translating business and architectural requirements into scalable, testable solutions. Validate feasibility and performance through experimentation, iterate toward production readiness, collaborate with technical customer-facing teams, and create reusable solution patterns that inform product evolution.

Provides strategic employment-law advice to executives, HR, and business leaders across global operations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating employment documents, advising on employee relations and investigations, managing disputes and litigation, supporting restructurings and cross-border matters, and monitoring legal developments. The role requires strong Quebec employment-law expertise, independent judgment, empathy, bilingual French-English communication, and collaboration across departments.

Lead customer-facing business value assessments for commerce customers, analyze business performance, build financial models and business cases, demonstrate solution impact, and provide strategic guidance supporting sales and customer growth. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, technical success, and customer success teams. Develop thought leadership, training, tools, and documentation while advising on digital commerce, enterprise search, personalization, and generative AI trends.

Own and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including availability, performance, networking, and security. Lead Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices and complex cross-functional cloud initiatives from planning through delivery. Partner with Security on threat detection, segmentation, incident response, and cloud security improvements. Identify and resolve infrastructure risks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical guidance. Scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell supports infrastructure and operational automation.

Leads Coveo’s customer marketing strategy across adoption, engagement, renewal, expansion, and advocacy. Builds lifecycle segmentation, customer health and adoption programs, executive engagement, advisory boards, user groups, communications, and voice-of-customer initiatives. Partners with Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and other teams to turn customer insights into actionable growth and go-to-market priorities while leading the customer marketing team.

Builds secure, automated identity and access management tooling, including access request workflows, self-service APIs and interfaces, user lifecycle pipelines, audit logging, and access review systems. Integrates HR systems, identity providers such as Okta, and security platforms while collaborating with Security Engineering, IT, and platform teams to improve scalable access provisioning, deprovisioning, compliance, and developer experience.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor designing and implementing Coveo AI relevance solutions. Lead architecture, requirements, and delivery across customer ecosystems, collaborate with stakeholders, enforce best practices and governance, and support agile delivery and product feedback.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Coveo's AI-powered platform: define scope, milestones, and success criteria; coordinate customers and internal teams; manage plans, budgets, risks, and changes; translate business requirements into user stories; and communicate progress to stakeholders to ensure successful enterprise-scale deliveries.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, guide enterprise clients in implementing Coveo's AI-powered search solutions, customizing features, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
