Own and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including availability, performance, networking, and security. Lead Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices and complex cross-functional cloud initiatives from planning through delivery. Partner with Security on threat detection, segmentation, incident response, and cloud security improvements. Identify and resolve infrastructure risks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical guidance. Scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell supports infrastructure and operational automation.

Leads Coveo’s customer marketing strategy across adoption, engagement, renewal, expansion, and advocacy. Builds lifecycle segmentation, customer health and adoption programs, executive engagement, advisory boards, user groups, communications, and voice-of-customer initiatives. Partners with Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and other teams to turn customer insights into actionable growth and go-to-market priorities while leading the customer marketing team.
