Support planning and delivery of projects through scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking, documentation, budget and timeline tracking. Assist senior team members with small projects, stakeholder communication, client onboarding, and project intake. Escalate risks, contribute to process improvements, and gradually take ownership of smaller projects while learning scoping, resource planning, and delivery against client goals.

Contribute to digital design projects under mentorship, create and update website and online assets, design layouts and graphics aligned to brand, support content updates and QA, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while participating in a junior talent development program.

Lead interactive design projects—create UX-focused interfaces, mood boards, storyboards, prototypes, animated assets, and polished visual designs. Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align with brand strategy and deliver high-volume, deadline-driven web and product marketing work.
