Provide bilingual French and English technical support for Windows and Mac users in a managed services environment. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 administration, Office 365 application support, troubleshooting, migrations, audits, user training, account setup, workstation and mobile device support, and Windows Server and Azure administration. The consultant will document resolutions, collaborate with IT and sales teams, and work during Eastern Time business hours.

Leads enterprise Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives focused on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot, AI agents, automation, security, compliance, and governance. Architects and implements collaboration solutions, migrates legacy platforms, configures Purview and related controls, and develops AI governance strategies. Provides technical leadership, client engagement, workshops, training, and ongoing support while coordinating project risks and dependencies. Requires availability during Eastern Time business hours and deep Microsoft 365, security, programming, database, and cross-tenant migration expertise.

This role involves leading enterprise clients in enhancing their Microsoft 365 collaboration using AI technologies, while also ensuring security and compliance. The consultant will architect, implement, and govern solutions such as SharePoint Online and manage AI integration.
