Lead regional implementation and alignment of global compensation programs across Latin America. Standardize processes, conduct market benchmarking, support annual merit and incentive cycles, advise HR and business leaders, analyze compensation data, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize HR systems and communications to support regional rollout.
