Responds to high-volume employee and manager inquiries via phone/chat, performs transactional HR processing in Workday and related systems, documents cases, escalates complex issues, and supports HR service level and process improvement goals.

Lead regional enterprise contracting for the Americas, build stakeholder and external partner relationships, lead negotiations, improve contracting processes, manage risk and compliance, and drive legal technology and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead CSL's sustainability reporting and disclosure program: own the reporting platform and data governance, manage sustainability data (GHG/Scope 3), oversee audits, support emissions modelling, and partner across functions to meet global disclosure requirements.

Lead design and delivery of analytics, dashboards, and data models for Compensation and Benefits. Partner with Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and Technology to provide actionable insights, drive pay equity and regulatory reporting, and implement automation, data governance, and predictive analytics to improve program effectiveness and decision-making.

Lead development and coordination of global CMC regulatory strategies for CAPEX, compliance, digital innovation and outsourcing. Manage vendor relationships, monitor global CMC regulations, support submissions, change control, due diligence, SOPs and inspection readiness. Advise senior leadership, drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, Quality and Global Operations, and implement digital/AI-enabled solutions to improve regulatory operations and KPIs.

Plan and manage clinical trial supplies for low-to-medium complexity studies: forecast drug volumes, collect/analyze samples, ensure storage/transport/archiving, manage vendors, use IRT, author/review study documents, lead global CTS meetings, partner with R&D, and update SOPs for continuous improvement and compliance.

Lead day-to-day TMF operations across the portfolio: govern TMF processes, oversee eTMF systems (Veeva), manage vendors, ensure inspection readiness, track TMF KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coach TMF staff.

Design and govern R&D data architecture connecting discovery, clinical development, regulatory and operations. Own enterprise data models, integrations, automation and AI data designs; produce architecture roadmaps, end-to-end data flows, and mentor teams while ensuring scalability, security and regulatory compliance.

Serve as the finance business partner to Legal and Corporate & External Affairs, providing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, decision support, and cost management. Drive report automation and data visualization, advise leadership on financial risks and opportunities, and support enterprise technology spend optimization. Act as a trusted single point of contact for finance topics and deputy to the Director when needed.

Manage moderately complex employee relations cases from intake through investigation, resolution and follow-up. Advise and coach managers on policies, corrective action, terminations, and accommodations. Partner with HRBPs, legal, unions/works councils, and stakeholders, deliver trainings, maintain documentation, and lead ER-related projects to mitigate risk and improve employee experience.

Manage regional employee relations cases from intake through investigation, remediation and follow-up. Advise managers and legal, handle disciplinary actions and terminations, manage medical accommodations, corrective action, union/works council issues, and deliver ER training and projects while minimizing legal and organizational risk.

Provide HR operations support for compensation, benefits, and tuition programs. Administer Workday/Employee Cloud transactions, run audits and EIBs, support Year-End Merit/Bonus cycles, train Tier 1 Advisors, manage tickets/case notes, partner with Compensation and Talent COEs, and drive process improvements and reporting. Hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL.

Support and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, gather and document HR requirements, design solutions (catalog, cases, employee documents, knowledge), manage integrations and vendors, execute UAT, and partner with HR and IT for platform strategy, reporting, and user training.

Lead statistical strategy and execution for clinical development programs. Oversee study design, SAP authoring, data analysis, TFL/CDISC deliverables, CRO/vendor oversight, regulatory interactions, and interpretation of results to support submissions and program decisions.

Lead operational delivery of global cross-functional R&D projects, managing budgets, timelines, scope, risks and stakeholder reporting. Coach junior project managers, maintain project documentation and systems, drive tactical execution against project plans, monitor performance vs. plan, and coordinate program updates to senior management to deliver drug development objectives.

Lead clinical trial case management activities ensuring pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance (GxP), vendor oversight, safety reporting, ICSR/CAPA management, inspections support, and study-specific training across assigned trials.

Lead global plasma procurement strategy and team to secure supply continuity, reduce total cost of ownership, manage supplier risk/compliance, and drive innovation across equipment, consumables, technology, facilities, and services. Partner with senior Plasma and enterprise stakeholders, own category KPIs, and sponsor cross-functional transformation to improve procurement maturity in a regulated environment.

Lead regional regulatory strategy and health authority interactions for assigned products, support preparation of regulatory submissions and Module 1 documentation, contribute to global regulatory strategy (GRAST), maintain regional regulatory knowledge and stakeholder communications, update regulatory systems (e.g., Veeva), and drive timely, positive regulatory outcomes in a hybrid US location.

Lead Americas learning strategy and deliver leadership, managerial, and employee development programs. Partner with HR and business leaders to design, implement, measure, and improve digital and in-person learning, onboarding, mentoring, assessments, and succession planning. Manage vendors, budgets, and an Americas L&D team; facilitate programs and ensure alignment with enterprise talent strategies, inclusion goals, and regulatory requirements. Support career and development planning and leadership assessments to drive retention and talent mobility.

Lead month-end close and statutory reporting for the Colombian entity, ensuring IFRS and local compliance. Manage reconciliations, audit coordination, internal controls, ERP interfaces, and process improvements while supporting tax, AP, treasury, and balance sheet planning.
