Owns financial management for clinical study portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, vendor and CRO spend, financial modeling, and governance reporting. Partners with Clinical Operations, R&D Finance, and business development teams to translate clinical assumptions into financial scenarios and recommendations. Supports due diligence, investment decisions, process improvements, and broader R&D financial planning.

Leads global supply and inventory planning across a 3–36-month horizon for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and CMOs. Develops S&OP and IBP plans, evaluates capacity and supply scenarios, manages inventory targets, supports executive supply reviews, and coordinates with demand planning, finance, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams. Drives performance metrics, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across a global network.

Leads procurement and supply chain strategic roadmaps in an 18-to-24-month rotational leadership role. Supports the Chief Procurement Officer and executive leadership through decision support, agenda and meeting management, KPI reporting, stakeholder alignment, organizational change, and complex cross-functional initiative delivery. The role influences senior leaders, coordinates global programs, improves processes, and connects procurement with category management, sourcing, suppliers, and enterprise partners.
