Lead global commercial sourcing and category management across CSL Group, driving strategic sourcing, major negotiations, supplier relationship management, KPIs, risk mitigation, compliance, and transformational initiatives. Build and develop global teams, engage senior stakeholders and C-suite vendors, and implement SRM and procurement governance to optimize total cost of ownership and innovation.

Lead end-to-end technology transfers to CDMOs/CMOs and partners, managing transfer strategy, documentation, risk assessments, validation batches, partner performance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination to enable clinical and commercial manufacturing.
