Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, safety and life‑safety inspections, energy management monitoring, emergency response, documentation, and routine property repairs. Maintain compliance with codes and complete required safety training.

Manages day-to-day transaction activities for commercial real estate portfolios, supporting clients and brokers through portfolio tracking, market research, reporting, presentations, transaction documentation, tours, proposals, and deal milestones. Maintains CRM and transaction-management records, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports financial comparisons and portfolio analytics, and helps onboard clients and transition accounts. Requires strong organization, communication, client service, Microsoft Office, and CRM skills.
