Teams at Cyberhaven

Provide technical support for Cyberhaven’s data security and endpoint DLP platform. Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, reproduce and document bugs, escalate high-priority incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams. Guide customers on platform usage, understand their data security risks, maintain support documentation, meet SLA expectations, and contribute to support processes, reporting, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Leads Marketing Operations by building an AI-enabled revenue engine, managing the marketing technology ecosystem, improving attribution and funnel measurement, and establishing scalable workflows, dashboards, and governance. Partners with Sales and Revenue Operations on lead management and targets, manages agencies and vendors, and oversees the marketing operations budget and renewals. Requires experience with AI adoption, account-based strategies, attribution modeling, marketing infrastructure, and people management.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage end-to-end sales processes, establish relationships with clients, and grow sales in the Cybersecurity sector.
