Build Figma component libraries and token architecture, document component specs and accessibility requirements, partner with front-end engineers to implement WCAG 2.1 AA–compliant components, run audits and roadmaps, establish governance and contribution workflows, evangelize the system internally, and mentor/shape the design systems function.
