Owns relationships across a portfolio of higher-education clients, driving renewals, expansion bookings, forecasting, account planning, executive alignment, QBRs, and complex solution sales. The role partners with Customer Success to deliver value, mitigate account risk, identify opportunities, and achieve commercial targets. Responsibilities also include CRM management, industry engagement, cross-functional collaboration, client events, and travel of up to 30%.

The Senior Finance Business Partner supports Professional Services and Support leadership through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, scenario modeling, KPI analysis, and strategic decision support. The role owns planning processes, leads performance reviews, develops executive reporting, advises on pricing and resourcing, and identifies risks and opportunities. It also supports margin improvement, cross-functional initiatives, process automation, and ad hoc executive analysis while serving as Finance’s primary liaison to the business.

Own and administer Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing and revenue technology platforms. Configure systems, manage governance and data quality, troubleshoot integrations, build reporting, and support lead lifecycle, attribution, and campaign measurement. Partner with Marketing, Sales, BDR, and IT to translate business needs into scalable processes, drive platform adoption, and evaluate AI-enabled workflows and MarTech improvements.
