Serve as the technical escalation for Solutions Engineers, design and present integration and security solutions for LMS (Brightspace) implementations, scope complex technical requirements for sales, mitigate delivery risks, liaise with implementation teams, and create enablement assets to support sales and services.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for K12 and Higher Education products. Develop positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and content. Use AI-assisted tools and analytics to inform research, create content, measure performance, and enable cross-functional teams to drive demand, adoption, and customer success.
