The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for recruitment, development, and management of sales teams, driving growth and implementing sales strategies in life sciences and diagnostics.

Serve as the functional product owner for ServiceNow HRSD: define and prioritize HRSD demand, translate needs into epics/features/user stories, manage backlog trade-offs, partner with technical product owners, and validate delivered solutions to improve self-service, Tier 1 effectiveness, and service performance.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered legal applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI. Partner with legal stakeholders to translate workflows, build document ingestion and vector search pipelines, ship production-grade features, implement governance/security controls, and mentor/legal users while aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and monitoring quality and evaluation metrics.
