Investigate, evaluate, and resolve first-party automobile claims. Guide customers through the FNOL process, explain coverage and claim procedures, coordinate with vendors, maintain accurate claim records, process payments, and initiate salvage and subrogation activities while delivering courteous, timely service.

Leads operational excellence and continuous improvement across contact centre operations. Develops productivity strategies, applies Lean methodologies, drives automation and transformation initiatives, monitors KPIs, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and delivers data-driven recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks and progress, communicates results to senior leadership, and ensures program delivery, benefit realization, and long-term sustainability.

Processes commercial insurance requests, maintains individual worklists, enters policy data, codes off-system policies, orders required reports, and supports underwriting and technical processing teams. The role requires meeting service, quality, and production targets while providing courteous service to brokers and underwriters. Responsibilities also include following underwriting guidelines, completing tasks within designated timeframes, and assisting with general office duties.

Leads Commercial Insurance coverage strategy, product and form development, wording governance, product implementation, and underwriting enablement. Partners with underwriting, claims, operations, technology, actuarial, and regional teams on modernization and transformation initiatives. Oversees governance and approvals, develops training and implementation resources, advises on complex coverage matters, monitors market and regulatory trends, and coaches team members.

Manage complex Commercial General Liability (GL) and ABI claims end-to-end, including multinational and specialty losses. Investigate, evaluate liability and damages, set reserves, negotiate settlements, manage litigation and outside counsel, pursue recoveries, and coordinate with underwriting, reinsurance, actuary, and senior leadership. Mentor junior staff, ensure file quality and timely communication, and support claims capability transformation for new markets and specialty lines.

Handles commercial auto claims from first notice of loss through resolution. Guides customers by phone and email, gathers claim information, explains coverage and next steps, investigates claims, coordinates with customers, brokers, vendors, and fraud investigators, maintains accurate records, processes authorized payments, and follows up to ensure timely resolution. The role requires an active New Brunswick adjuster license or the ability to obtain one and includes a 12–8 PM shift.
