Manage complex accident benefits claims, including catastrophic injuries, permanent impairment, and fatality benefits. Investigate eligibility, assess and reserve claims, process payments, coordinate medical assessments and rehabilitation, resolve disputes, and maintain detailed electronic records. Build scalable GCP-based data pipelines and datasets for insurance fraud analytics. Develop and evaluate machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI models using claims and unstructured SIU data. Apply explainable AI techniques, conduct exploratory analysis, automate data workflows, document architectures, and support privacy, fairness, and compliance requirements while collaborating with investigators and business analysts.

Manage complex and commercial automobile physical damage claims, explain claim processes, interpret policy coverage, investigate claims, collaborate with brokers, vendors and fraud investigators, process payments, initiate salvage and subrogation, maintain detailed files, and meet annual and monthly file disposition targets.

Manage end-to-end high-value and complex casualty claims (including multinational exposure). Collaborate with underwriting, reinsurance, actuarial, and leadership on strategy. Lead coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, litigation management, and expert coordination. Mentor team members and support claims capability transformation for specialty lines and emerging markets.

Manage complex Commercial General Liability (GL) and ABI claims end-to-end, including multinational and specialty losses. Investigate, evaluate liability and damages, set reserves, negotiate settlements, manage litigation and outside counsel, pursue recoveries, and coordinate with underwriting, reinsurance, actuary, and senior leadership. Mentor junior staff, ensure file quality and timely communication, and support claims capability transformation for new markets and specialty lines.

Handles commercial auto claims from first notice of loss through resolution. Guides customers by phone and email, gathers claim information, explains coverage and next steps, investigates claims, coordinates with customers, brokers, vendors, and fraud investigators, maintains accurate records, processes authorized payments, and follows up to ensure timely resolution. The role requires an active New Brunswick adjuster license or the ability to obtain one and includes a 12–8 PM shift.
