Lead a team of 5–7 Team Leaders managing Accident Benefit claims, providing strategic direction, coaching, governance, and technical oversight. Drive financial, operational and quality objectives, stakeholder engagement, talent development, change management, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional claims teams and broker partners.

Manage tort litigation files, attend trials, interview witnesses, and draft legal documents while advising on litigation strategies. Requires 2+ years in civil litigation, preferably in insurance.
