Lead and develop a media planning team, define planning strategy, collaborate with buying and operations teams, ensure campaign performance and quality controls, present reporting to clients, and support new business efforts.

Support account team with client liaison, project administration, scheduling, status reporting, and coordination of creative and production teams. Produce competitive research and post-campaign analyses, manage invoicing and financial reconciliation, update plans and documents, and build collaborative client relationships to help achieve account objectives.

Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels in English and French, write engaging content, maintain safe respectful communities, escalate issues and trends, and develop strong understanding of client brand voice and audience. Work requires shift flexibility and collaboration with global teams.
