Builds relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, training providers, and employment partners to develop candidate pipelines and connect candidates with opportunities. Coordinates outreach, career fairs, hiring events, training initiatives, and recruitment campaigns. Partners with Recruitment and Operations to meet workforce needs, maintains employment activity records, and prepares reports for leadership, clients, and government stakeholders.
