Oversee lodge management teams across oilsands field operations, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance. Lead performance management, development, strategic initiative implementation, process improvement, profitability efforts, and adherence to employment, human rights, health and safety, and WHMIS standards. Establish goals and financial targets for multiple locations while spending approximately 80% of the role in the field and working some weekends.
