Provide contract administration and technical oversight for electrical construction projects. Manage RFIs, submittals, change notices, progress claims, site reviews, shop drawing and as-built reviews, coordinate stakeholders, enforce contract compliance, resolve disputes, and mentor junior team members.

The Senior Architect will lead design vision for sustainable mixed-use communities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor staff, ensuring innovative architecture aligns with community needs.
