Provides structural design leadership for commercial, industrial, institutional, and water/wastewater projects. Responsibilities include structural analysis and design, specifications, drawing and shop drawing review, condition assessments, field services, budget and schedule management, multidisciplinary coordination, client and consultant communication, and mentoring junior engineers. Requires professional engineering licensure or eligibility, strong structural design experience, proficiency with structural modeling software, and knowledge of applicable codes and standards.

Source and engage passive candidates, build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping and competitor research, and support recruitment for hard-to-fill and growth-related roles. The Talent Sourcer will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, applicant tracking systems, and AI-enabled tools while partnering with recruitment leads and hiring teams. The role also involves candidate screening, market insights, process compliance, and professional stakeholder engagement.

Provides GIS technical support for multidisciplinary consulting projects, including data management, spatial analysis, visualization, web GIS architecture, automated reporting, and application development. Maintains ArcGIS systems and web tools, evaluates GIS software, develops coding procedures, and supports data resolution and process optimization. Collaborates with planners, engineers, scientists, and technologists while producing technical reports and maintaining GIS standards.
