Commercial Finance Manager serving as a strategic business advisor across business units and practices. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, margin and profitability oversight, pipeline and backlog analysis, project financial reporting, WIP and AR monitoring, variance analysis, and performance improvement planning. The role partners with operational and project leaders to support revenue growth, utilization, cost management, and financial accountability.

Leads Indigenous rights, Duty to Consult, cultural impact, and socio-economic assessments for infrastructure, environmental, and planning projects. Provides technical guidance, facilitates engagement with Indigenous communities and regulators, integrates Indigenous Knowledge, manages projects, prepares reports, mentors staff, supports business development, and contributes to proposals and best-practice development. Travel across Canada is required as needed.

Supports buy-side mergers and acquisitions across target sourcing, financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, prepares LOIs, term sheets, and investment materials, tracks integration KPIs, resolves operational issues, and supports the integration of acquired teams. It also contributes to continuous improvement, AI-enabled workflow modernization, professional development, and clear presentation of complex financial information.
