Architect customer journeys, segmentation, automation, experimentation, and measurement frameworks; deliver hands-on client strategy and execution; manage senior client relationships; mentor marketers; and support scoping, pitching, sales, and growth of the practice.

Create performance-driven static and motion creative for social and landing pages, edit video cutdowns, run CRO experiments (A/B tests), analyze heatmaps/usability, collaborate with media/content teams, and iterate designs based on data to optimize campaign KPIs.

Lead and scale the Revenue Operations practice: manage and mentor RevOps team, oversee complex Salesforce/HubSpot implementations and audits, provide hands-on CRM and marketing automation expertise, own client relationships, support scoping/sales, and develop repeatable processes and standards.
