Leads and develops a recruiting team while personally managing executive and critical searches. Partners with senior leaders on hiring strategy, oversees full-cycle recruiting, and owns Ashby ATS administration, analytics, process optimization, and reporting. Advises hiring managers, strengthens candidate experience and employer branding, builds global talent pipelines, and supports workforce planning and strategic talent initiatives.

Lead the development of Directive’s Lifecycle Marketing practice across eCommerce, B2B, SaaS, and service clients. Architect customer journeys, segmentation, automation, experimentation, and measurement frameworks; deliver hands-on client strategy and execution; manage senior client relationships; mentor marketers; and support scoping, pitching, sales, and growth of the practice.

Lead and scale the Revenue Operations practice: manage and mentor RevOps team, oversee complex Salesforce/HubSpot implementations and audits, provide hands-on CRM and marketing automation expertise, own client relationships, support scoping/sales, and develop repeatable processes and standards.
