Design, build, and own integrations between a fintech platform and ERP or accounting systems. Develop REST and SOAP services, synchronization and reconciliation workflows, data mappings, validation, retries, audit trails, and observability. Improve reliability and performance, troubleshoot production failures, and collaborate with onboarding, support, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires strong C#, .NET, SQL Server, messaging, and financial-system integration experience, with opportunities to use Azure and AI-assisted development tools.

Serve as the primary DBA contact for critical production issues across customized, multi-tenant SQL Server environments. Diagnose performance and availability problems, optimize queries and stored procedures, monitor database health, build alerting and runbooks, maintain test-environment readiness, review database-related code changes, perform backups and patching, and document operational procedures. Collaborate closely with developers while providing production support during US business hours.

Design and optimize SQL Server solutions, manage data, automate processes with PowerShell, and integrate with external systems to enhance functionality.
