Leads DNV Business Assurance across the United States and Canada, owning a 520 MNOK P&L, regional strategy, growth, operational performance, workforce planning, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. The role manages approximately 120 employees across North America, drives organizational change and digital transformation, strengthens the brand, and delivers financial, sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement objectives. Travel up to 30% is required, with the position based in Toronto or Calgary.

Manages strategy, discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement for an AI-enabled digital workflow product. Translates customer and business needs into product capabilities, collaborates with UX, engineering, data, and AI teams, defines requirements and success metrics, validates concepts, supports launches, and drives measurable user and business outcomes.

Leads end-to-end UX design for complex, data-dense enterprise workflows and applications. Responsibilities include managing a code-first design system, defining interaction patterns, creating high-fidelity Figma and coded prototypes, conducting user research, and partnering with product, engineering, and domain experts. The role also establishes design standards, reviews implementation quality, coaches colleagues, and incorporates AI tools into design and prototyping workflows.
